I dont see a problem with it. I would get a website designed (unless you are going to start on ebay) and begin to spread the word to your friends and everone you meet and know.

Question by Sue from Maple Grove: I bought a used handmade wicker basket, signed and dated on the bottom. How can I find out about the artist?
It’s a terrific basket, with one handle that opens to a teardrop shape on each side, attached in two places on each side, so it moves. Very clever! It is signed “C. Ryks ’89″.

Thanks in advance to all of you.

Christmas cards – Store bought vs. handmade?

Question by Sam S: Christmas cards – Store bought vs. handmade?
If you received a handmade Christmas card from a family member or friend *last* year, would you be offended if that person sent a store-bought card *this* year?

I’ve been making handmade cards, but don’t want anyone to be upset next year if I send boxed cards!

If they’re offended, they’re just plain silly. At least you’re sending them a card. It isn’t all that common anymore. Unless they’re complete twits, they’ll realize that sometimes life catches up with you and you just don’t have all the time you used to have.

It is leather and is stuffed with straw. It folds out into a bed. The only name i found on it was on the steel frame of the matress spring. It reads steel equipment Seng Chicago. Patent dates are 1907,1916, and 1918. It came with a matching chair and rocker. They are mission style . I can’t seem to find any information on them. please help me.
